A Letter to Our Reber Ranch Community

Reber Ranch is doing our part to help protect our community, customers and staff from the spread of the coronavirus, while providing compassionate care, supplies and food needed for your pets. As an essential business, Reber Ranch will continue to remain open every day and is excluded from the stay-at-home order in Washington. We have streamlined our hours: 

Retail store:

 Monday - Saturday: 8 am - 7 pm

Sunday: 9 am - 6 pm 

Veterinary Hospital:

Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 7 pm

Friday: 8 am - 6 pm

Saturday: 8 am - 5 pm

Sunday: 9 am - 5 pm

Grooming Update:

Update March 24, 2020:

Per Governor Inslee’s recent “Stay Home, Stay Healthy”order, effective Wednesday, March 25th, we are closing down our Grooming services. Retail and veterinary have been specifically named as essential.  While there was no specific guidance regarding grooming as essential or non-essential, in an abundance of caution for our valued clients, we will adhere to this order for the prescribed minimum two weeks.  Should additional clarification be received during that time, we will reevaluate offering these services again.  We appreciate your understanding that your health, and the health and safety our staff is our main concern.

As Governor Inslee concluded,

Stay home. Stay healthy. Thank you, and be well.

Veterinary  Hospital Update:

We will no longer be scheduling non-essential services in the Veterinary Hospital or offering any walk-in services.

While our lobby remains open for food purchases and prescription pick-up, clients will no longer be permitted into exam rooms with our staff. If you have an appointment, please call (253)277-7000 when you arrive   – we will have our assistants gather your pet’s history over the phone and collect your pet from you either at Carside or allow you to  hand off their leash/carrier at the door. We will bring them to the doctor while you wait in your vehicle, and the doctor will call to discuss treatment plan. We can then collect payment over the phone and bring your pet back to you! We can also fill your prescription and collect payment over the phone, and bring it to your car in the parking lot.For everyone’s safety, we will not be permitting clients to wait in the lobby during this time.

Retail Update

Our Retail Team is committed to keeping the store clean for you and your pets. We have additional sanitation products, including hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray and are dedicated to cleaning high traffic areas thoroughly. We are practicing social distancing with each other and our customers, and ask that out customers do the same.

We are now offering in-store, carside pick up and delivery to minimize face to face interactions between customers and employees and keep everyone safe and healthy. Visit shop.reberranch.com to shop our store from the comfort of your home.

Our Nail Trim Station and Dog Park are closed so we can focus on providing customers a thoroughly clean and well-stocked store, as well as maintaining our social distancing. All events through April have been canceled and we'll evaluate further as needed.

We are continuing to keep our competitive prices, so our customers can shop local and not break the bank. We are stocked and ready to serve your pets with a full inventory.
