Cori - Customer Service Lead
Cori joined the Reber Ranch team in April 2017. She has nearly 20 years of pet retail experience! She has had pet companions her whole life and currently has three felines. Her other hobbies include cooking, gardening, riding her bike and being outdoors.
Megan - Customer Service Lead
Megan joined the Reber Ranch team in 2021. She has been in pet retail for over a decade and has had a variety of pets throughout her life. She and her husband Matt currently have4 cats (Darth Meowl, Darth Vade-Purr, Boo, and Darth Sidi-Hiss), 2 dogs (Fenrir and Garmr),a bearded dragon (Stumpy), 2 snakes (Rosie and Anger Noodle), and 2 fish tanks. In her free time she likes to play Dungeons and Dragons, do graphic design for her husband’s Twitch channel, and watch movies.
Courtney - Customer Service Lead
Courtney joined the Reber Ranch team in June 2024. She had been in retail for over 9 years but is new to the pet industry. She loves her pets and her family. Courtney is a wife and a mother of two boys she has a black Lab/Husky mix named Lucy. She is also a reptile lover; her and her family have two leopard geckos and a corn snake. Courtney loves camping and going on adventures with her family. While she has lived in Washington all her life, she dreams of retiring in Alaska. Courtney is outgoing and loves to meet new people.
Lacey - Customer Service Lead
Lacey joined the Reber Ranch team in March 2025. She brings with her seven years ofexperience in the pet retail industry. While her love for animals initially drew her to thisfield, it’s her passion for nurturing the growth of her team members—helping them becomekind, dedicated individuals both in and out of the workplace—that led her to pursueleadership roles. Outside of work, Lacey dedicates much of her time to raising kittens for alocal cat rescue. Though she cherishes every kitten she cares for, bottle babies hold aspecial place in her heart. At home, Lacey enjoys spending time with her husband and theirfour cats—Remlit, Telma, Peach, and Bumi—along with a constant stream of foster catsand kittens. Occasionally, she gets time to partake in non-pet related hobbies like reading,playing video games, and being a self-proclaimed "professional auntie"

Tiffany - Retail Staff
Tiffany joined the Reber Ranch team in November 2022. She spent 20 years in property management and decided to make a career change to work in the animal industry. She loves working with people and spending time with her Tibetan Spaniels, Ramsey and Loki. She loves to take her dogs for walks and teach them new tricks in her spare time. She enjoys singing and the outdoors!
Susanne - Retail Staff
Susanne joined the Reber Ranch team in January 2023. She has been living in the U.S.A. since 2012, and in the Seattle area since 2020. She is a life long horse lover – she grew up on the land as an Australian farm girl. Dogs are her next favorite, especially Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Her heart dog was one. She really enjoys seeing new places and meeting new people. Her other hobbies include reading, gardening, and photography to name a few.
Jan - Retail Staff
Jan joined the Reber Ranch team in February 2020. She has been in the pet industry since 1987. She is dog mom to four wonderful fur kids. She loves all breeds of canines. Jan has lived in Kent with her husband for over 30 years. She loves camping, crocheting and the Seattle Seahawks.
Emily - Retail Staff
Emily joined the Reber Ranch team in October 2023. She has an American bulldog named Ella. She is a busy mom, spending her free time teaching Gymnastics, going 4×4, hiking, or spending other time outdoors with her family. She has worked in pet nutrition since 2020 and loves learning and teaching about pet food!
Jaylynn - Retail Staff
Jaylynn joined the Reber Ranch team in November 2024. Jaylynn has 2 dogs and 1 very big cat. Jaylynn’s Boxer’s name is Zeek, her French Bulldog is Gilbert, and the fat cat is Tucker. Jaylynn loves all kinds of animals and that’s why she wanted to work at Reber Ranch! Jaylynn also loves to spend time with friends and going fishing!
Ashlyn - Retail Staff
Ashlyn joined the Reber Ranch team in May 2024. She had worked in customer service for 8 years by then. She has owned animals of all different species. In 2020 she started rescuing dogs & fostering kittens while working as a receptionist for a veterinary clinic. Ashlyn also has her own private yoga practice as a certified 500hr RYT. She is also in the process of training to become a death doula - after working in a veterinary clinic she felt compelled to help others with the passing of their loved ones of all species. With this passion came a hobby of drying flowers for arrangements for euthanasia clients.
Bruno - Retail Staff
Bruno joined the Reber Ranch team in October 2019. Born in Portugal and raised mostly in Brazil, Bruno moved to the US in 2018. Learning a new language, a new culture, and adapting to the Pet Industry in a new country has been a challenging and exciting experience for him. Bruno and his wife Mary have 2 Siberian Huskies named Finn and Luna. During his free time, Bruno enjoys learning new languages, is a passionate soccer fan and likes to take his dogs on hikes and to dog parks.
Andrew - Retail Staff
Andrew joined the Reber Ranch team in January 2023. He has two pups named Lucky and Rocky. He has been working with dogs since 2018 and loves doing so.
Muhammadu - Retail Staff
Muhammadu joined the Reber Ranch team in May 2024. He is adventurous and loves animals. He has a special connection with dogs. He considers his dog, Gabby as his best friend and adventurous partner. He and Gabby like to go jogging, especially when the weather is nice. He likes being active and productive. He likes visiting different places during his spare time. Being at the service of people is something he really enjoys. He believes in the saying, “Live your life for others you live again, live your life for yourself you live in vain.”
Isabel - Customer Service Representative
Isabel joined the Reber Ranch team in October 2024. She has a background in hairstyling and retail, and enjoys crafting, cooking, reading, and petting dogs. She has a cuddly kitten named Eddie that she adopted from our RASKC adoption center during her first week on the job! He is named after Eddie the Head – she got him the same day she went to see Iron

Lily - Customer Service Representative
Lily joined the Reber Ranch team in November 2024. She loves music, hiking, gaming, thrifting, and fashion. She is active in the Seattle music scene and has helped put on shows for the community! She has a labradoodle (Murphy), two tabby cats (Oliver and Evie), and a leopard gecko (Leo)!
Jazmyne - Customer Service Representative
Jazmyne joined the Reber Ranch team in December 2023. She has a varied history,
including serving, security, and massage therapy school. She hopes to expand into animal massage therapy! She loves yoga, a nice walk, and watching movies on Netflix. She has two husky mixes, Ghost and Rogue. Ghost is loves adventures and can destroy most toys in under a minute, while Rogue just prefers a good belly rub.
Gabrielle - Customer Service Representative
Gabrielle joined the Reber Ranch team in August 2024. This is her first time working in a pet store and she thoroughly enjoys meeting every pet that comes through the door. At home she has an orange and white tabby named Eleanor and a marbled bengal named Stevie Nicks! In her free time she likes to listen to music, a few of her favorite artists are The Cranberries, Billie Eilish and The Animals. She graduated from Cornish College of The Arts where she studied dance, music and art!
Colleen - Customer Service Representative
Colleen joined the Reber Ranch team in August 2024. A lifelong animal lover, she has had a variety of pets over the years – cats, dogs, the rats, guinea pigs, and various reptiles to name a a few. Mother of three, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, reading, and, of course, hanging out with her pets.

Rudy - Delivery Driver
Rudy joined the Reber Ranch team in July 2021. He was born and raised in Indonesia and he moved to the United States at the age of 17. Rudy is an entrepreneur and has also worked in the pet industry for a few years, he is obsessed with food and traveling, and in his spare time he likes to go on road trips, hikes, movies, and spend time with his loved ones. Rudy has a naughty goldendoodle named Ted that he loves dearly.
Kyle - Warehouse & Delivery
Kyle joined the Reber Ranch team in June 2022. He is a father to an adorable little sausage dog, named Oscar. When not working, Kyle is either spending time with friends, watching movies, or enjoying fine drink and cheese. Before Reber Ranch he primarily worked in industrial and grocery retail, so he’s no stranger to hard work and customer service!
Eduardo - Warehouse & Delivery
Eduardo joined the Reber Ranch team over a decade ago. He has worked a variety of jobs before becoming a hay delivery driver. Eduardo appreciates many aspects of his job at the Ranch, including the variety of the work day to day and getting to be outside. Eduardo likes to spend time watching his son play soccer.
Dave - Warehouse & Delivery
Dave has been with Reber Ranch since the beginning. He joined the Reber Ranch team in 1987. He and his wife had racehorses and boarded them at our once-famous racehorse training facility. He has been around since the Reber Ranch store was just an old dairy barn filled with feed. Now Dave is our delivery specialist and knows our customer base so well he doesn’t have to use Google Maps to reach his delivery destinations.
Carlos - Warehouse & Delivery
Carlos joined the Reber Ranch team in September 2020. He is a big part of our stock team, keeping the shelves full and helping with loading customers. He appreciates being able to help a customer find exactly what they’re looking for and keeping our store clean and full. Carlos has a lab/pit bull mix at home and is passionate about cooking. He and his wife

Antonio - Warehouse & Delivery
Antonio joined the Reber Ranch team over a decade ago. He likes working outside and
getting to travel and meet new customers on deliveries. Antonio has 2 dogs at home and likes watching baseball in his free time.

Scott - Merchandising & Marketing Director
Scott joined the Reber Ranch team in June of 2015 after spending many years working for a variety of big box retailers. During that time, he established teams with a strong focus on customer service and clean stores. As a resident of Auburn and Kent, he is active in his community. When he’s not at Reber Ranch, he can usually be found at the gym. He enjoys soccer with his sons and traveling with his wife, Tina, to the Caribbean and other warm destinations.
Moreen - Marketing Administrator
Moreen joined the Reber Ranch team in September 2015. She spent several years on the retail floor and as a customer service lead before moving into Marketing in 2020. Her free time is most often occupied with her daughter, cooking, or hanging out with their chickens. Just ask her how she became a victim of chicken math, and went from a flock of 3 to 50! Some of her favorite things are summer, the beach, thunderstorms, ice cream, and coffee.
Liz - Operations Support Manager
Liz joined the Reber Ranch team in October 2015. Before Reber Ranch, she worked her way through the ranks to become a customer service manager for an office supply company. She’s had a variety of pets throughout her life, including cats, dogs, chickens, rabbits, ducks, turtles, fish, and lizards! When she’s not fawning over all the wonderful animals that come through our doors every day, she enjoys hiking with her own two dogs, gardening, or fishing.
Denell - Buyer
Denell joined the Reber Ranch team in 2008. She grew up with many different pets, from baby squirrels to horses. She has two dogs, Franklin and Nova, and an orange tabby named Cheetoh.

Markee - Accounting Team
Markee joined the Reber Ranch team in September of 2016. Raised in Northeastern Utah, Markee completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Utah State University in May 2008. She has worked in many different business aspects including: Banking, Accounting, Restaurant and Retail Management. When not at work, she enjoys camping, the outdoors, and spending time with her family, her husband, 2 kids, and an English Bulldog, named Bella.
Joyce - Accounting Team
Joyce joined the Reber Ranch team in August 2016. Born and raised in Washington, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

Chief Executive Officer
Michael - Owner
Michael Reber has been working here at Reber Ranch since he could successfully drive a fork lift, which was around 12 years old. He was on the receiving end of some funny looks from customers while loading their hay as a 6th grader, but fortunately, there were no accidents! Growing up on the ranch and working here from a young age, he knows the business well. Working in the family business has always been his intention. After years of acting as the Retail & Facilities Operations director, Michael is now focused on the family’s hay business as Chief Executive Officer for Round Lake Farm Products. When he isn’t working, Michael enjoys riding his dirt bike, hunting with his lab, and skiing. He hopes to see his children one day continue the business!
