It is our hope that you are happy with every purchase you make at Reber Ranch. However, we also understand that sometimes pets can be picky.
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased in the store, simply bring the product in new or saleable condition, in its original packaging for a full refund
We will gladly return or exchange any unused items within 60 days of purchase with original sales receipt.
Excluded items: grooming tools and open pest-control treatments.
Open pet food purchased within 30 days must have original receipt and packaging to be returned or exchanged.
Returns without a receipt must be verified in your Reber Ranch Rewards profile. If we are unable to validate the sale, no credit will be given.
Reber Ranch will gladly exchange unsatisfactory hay. All hay will be inspected by a manager before a refund or exchange is approved. We will exchange or replace delivered hay. Standard delivery fees will apply. Reber Ranch will not accept returns/exchanges on hay that has been improperly handled or stored.
All sales of clearance items are final.
